Furniture in the water villas needs a refresh!!! Overpriced activities, including plain water charges, are unwelcome surprises!!! The sunset bar experience was tainted by unprofessional behavior from the wait staff!!!

The beach setting was stunning, with soft white sand and clear blue water. Our villa had a picturesque sea view that created a serene escape. One of the staff members who cleaned our room provided exceptional service and always greeted us with a smile, which brightened our stay.

However, the dining experience left much to be desired due to an unprofessional waiter that made us uncomfortable during our meals.

absolutely disappoining stay, with outdated furniture everywhere. i can't believe they charge for water, woudl ve been nice if they offered complimentary drinks considering the high rates. plus, the sunset bar waiter made me feel like a pest rather than a guest, such poor service. i was almost going to write a good review, but just couldn’t.

However, we encountered issues with the air conditioning which disrupted our sleep at times. Additionally, the pricing for activities felt on the higher side, making budgeting a concern.

I loved snorkeling right off my water villa and found a turtle swimming by, which was an unforgettable moment! The beach access and outdoor swimming pool made lounging around super relaxing. Just a heads up, the room decor could use a little refresh, but it didn’t really ruin my trip. 🌊

This resort was perfect for our large family! We enjoyed some quality time playing table tennis and exploring the beautiful beach with the kids. The food was simply delicious, especially those mango yogurts that everyone loved! We truly cherished the moments spent together.
